Red line madness....

Some things you could consider that have a big effect on your SB:
- Steal wider
- Defend your blinds better
- Use population exploits and auto-profit lines
- Call wider OTR against recreationals

Of course I don't know how much you steal or how much you call OTR or anything, but those could be areas that you can look into.

Are there any terrible stats in here?

BTN open is around 44-55 I switch to around 35% range only when both blinds have big 3 bet stats....

I dont think that should be issue...

SB I use snowies limping/rising strategy... So that one could be issue.. with post flop plays...

BB I use common sense, vs 2x defend up to k9off+ any 64s+

vs 2,5x KToff+ little tighter....

bb winrate can definitely be improved to at least -40 or so.
your graph and stats seem like that of a solid risk-averse player. trading blue line for red line favourably at this point requires fighting your own style i also have problems in this area myself, definitely uncomfortable with ramping up the aggression oop yet.

First we have to notice that the sample size is quite small. Some stats are still inaccurate. And overall stats don't give the best idea but could help.

In 6max I think 21/16 is on the nitty side. Overall 3bet of 6% is ok but it is probably in the low end. I would say a quite decent overall 3bet would be 6-8%.

Overall flop cbet is ok but I think a bit higher one could exploit the population better.

Fold to cbet stats are too high. This is probably also causing the dropping red-line because you fold too much.

BTN I would open close to 50% as standard at the micros, when villain's behind me are recreational I could open super wide.

On BB vs2bb open from which position? If BTN or SB raises to 2bb you should be defending close to 80% of your range in BB.

SB winrate looks good. BB winrate can be better. Even -30 should be achievable I think. But of course on this sample size the positional winrates are very inaccurate.

I had couple of times been in place from bb vs BTN open, where i have stats and BTN range is around 22-30%... What are some ideas of how to defend vs that?

I fast just in mine mind switch like I am defending vs MP and continue the game... is that a good idea?

Did you have about 1000 hand sample on villain? If yes, then you might still be tightening up too much. I assume it is fine to play a bit tighter if villain open's that tight from BTN and if you don't know how to exploit him. But MP often opens less than 20%, so using the same range vs a guy who opens 30% sounds too tight.
