It is good, or if you min raise, BB can call any two cards? ... probably he can't when he is not 100bb, right?

If you open just 2bb then BB could often call with almost any 2 cards. But the thing is, they don't call with any 2. So opening super wide range with a minraise could be profitable because people simply fold too much.
