i was playing a big stack can't remember what cards i had but he rises on the pre flop i 3 bet. the flop came because of his stack he can out play me if his aggressive so if i don't hit the flop I'm going to fold. when up against agg stack that has five times my stack in a cash game do i lower my starting hands with AA,KK,QQ,JJ,AK against him, just so its easy to know where i am?

Don't mind his stack, effective stacks it what matters. If you feel like he's spewing out calling him down few times and take notes.
