stealing from button

it depends what kind of opponents are on blinds. If you're using hud just use "sb fold vs BT" and "bb fold vs BT" and if they are folding at least 70% you're ok to steal.

Your stealing from the button should be dependent on player you are stealing against. The more likely the opponent is to be folding preflop or on the flop the more trash you should be stealing with. The less likely your opponent is to be folding preflop or on the flop the less trash you should be stealing with.

In a cash game whenever I am facing two blinds who have a combined fold to btn steal above 160 I open any two cards. Hope this helps!

in theory Steal 3bb from BB with any two is auto profit when players from SB and BB have together fold to steal 67% or more

3bb steal
SB: 0,5bb
BB: 1bb

3bb/[3bb+(0,5bb+1bb)]=3/4,5=0,67

if folding Equity (FEQ) =67% or more steal 3bb with any two is profitable

For Example:

SB FtoSteal: 91%
BB FtoSteal 75%

0,91*0,75=0,68

68% ftoSteal

FEQ 67%<0,68% (FtoSteal SB&BB) - this steal will be profitable

if you're ~40bb deep and facing aggro blinds you can limp the button.

Does HEM2 have a stat that autocombines these two numbers wo the use of notecaddy?

Also if we 2,25bb or 2bb the number gets lower (2,25bb = 0,6% and 2bb = 0,57%) right?
