1.5-2.5bb/100 (not /100bb) means that you win 1.5-2.5bb per 100 hands you play. So if you play 100 hands, on average you win 1.5-2.5bb.

In addition to that, it should be noted that short term results can be extremely misleading when it comes to estimating your true winrate. As a rule of thumb, I'd say you need at least 10k hands to make any kind of judgment about how much you're winning or losing, and at least 100k hands to start making somewhat accurate predictions about your actual winrate.
