Betsizing vs fish

I would like to know how your betsizing would look on two different kind of boards with different holdings against fishy players.

Stacks are 100BB, hero opens to 3bb, fish calls and it gets heads-up.

First board is:
AKx xx

You hold either KK or AQ.

Second board is:
JT9ss xx

You hold either AJ or TT.

Would your betsizing look different against a 30/5 fish than against a 70/20 one?

And would the WTS value have any influence over your betsizing?

Are we IP or OOP? What type of fish?

With KK on AKx OOP we can go (pot, pot, shove) or (1/3,XR normal size, shove). If he is a bit passive stationy just bet yourself big 3 times and hope he calls off river with any Ax. If he is a bit aggro / spazze I like a tiny cbet (could get raised or floated) into turn check raise (where he bets floats and Ax).

With AQ on AKx OOP same deal really though perhaps you don't want to stack off, so then we go like (2/3,2/3,2/3) and get in about half our stack.

With KK on AKx IP we can go (pot, pot, shove) or (1/3, 1.5, shove). Against, the standard big bets are best against a station. Starting with the small bet into overbet turn is better against some spazzy guy who would raise that as a bluff sometimes.

With AQ on AKx IP again same deal, except maybe shoving river is too thin, so we bet smaller.

AcKs3s

vs any ace, broadwaygutshot and bottom set

67.94% AhQh
32.06% 33, A2s+, QTs+, JTs, A2o+, QTo+, JTo

90.89% KK
32.06% 33, A2s+, QTs+, JTs, A2o+, QTo+, JTo

Kinda obvious that AQ is weaker because it gets outdrawn way more often, splits with Ax more often, and blocks the hands we want to get value from.
