Hi!
In the last month i'm playing poker live in the casino, in a poker machine against other persons.
The standard OR in this machine is x3BB, nobody opens at 2BB, and i can not open to 2.5BB o 3BB. A lot of times is in the hand the openraiser and one, or two, or three coldcallers.
I'd like construct a range for coldcalling 3BB (assuming all the cases: 0 callers, 1 caller, 2callers, etc...), and possible other range for 4BB.
How i can calculate it?
