I come from NLH background.
So it is known to all that hands such as small pocket pairs go up when your stack gets bigger.
But in PLO how does it works?
Hands with Danglers such as J:c J:h T:h 2:s loses it's value even thou JJ can hit quite a high set.
Am I right to say that?
When stacks get deep in PLO, holding or drawing to the nuts becomes more important. Therefore, for example, small pairs go down in value (because they generally flop second or third set and can be dominated against top set) and lower flushes go down in value.
It also becomes more important to have redraws when the money goes in when you are deep. For example, on a 6 :heart:7 :heart:8 
board, 239Tr (the current nuts) will be crushed against something like 9 :club:T :club:J :heart:Q 
which has a redraw.
A hand like J :club:J :heart:T :heart:2 
is very weak and should generally be folded pre-flop both shallow and deep. There are however situations when it can be played profitably (e.g. multiway and deep vs fish) as it has good potential to hit top set.
So is it true, when I BU 4bet AAxx vs sb resteal, no matter what flop comes i must go broke when i am 100bb deep only right?
Going broke in that spot with AAxx is unexpoitable. Multiway you may have more to think about...

I would likely fold to shove or check/fold on QsJsTs boards where I only have overpair and villain very likely has better hand, so it also depends on flop texture.
But close to 95% I think b/c is standard play if player checks to you.
