for the 40-250BB table at pokerstars, what do you buy in at?
I normally go with 100BB, but I'm thinking 250BB would perhaps be a better idea.

Since playing deep is fundamentally different from playing with 100bb(at least in Holdem, I suck at Omaha so I might be speaking out of my ass), if you have the BR to play with 250bb I would just play on a higher limit. If you want to play deep though go for it I guess.
Buy in for more if you think you're better than the other people at the table and you have the bankroll for the game.
