Hi there - Noticed that I was struggling to read the hand range chart. There was an old post with the same issue but that was for windows 8. I have windows 10. The card matrix chart does not extend to the down to the PFR sliding scale - it is condensed and stops a good inch above it. Any help is appreciated I am really straining my eyes at the moment. I tried to include a screen shot but had no luck. The provided link is an example of the issue I am having. Updated link is old post related to issues Old Forum Post

I am having the same issue (my range matrix is actually about 1/4 the space given). I have changed the resolution on the computer and the size of the display (as suggested in the earlier post) with no avail.
The matrix is so small I can barely see the combo number. Any help is greatly appreciated.
There's really no reason whatsoever to not upgrade to Power Equilab. It starts @ $4.95 a month, guys.

Unfortunately the support for the Basic-Equilab is no longer active.

CKnives - I figured it out. Hope this works for you - its a very frustrating issue. You need to find the file location for equilab and right click the program.
1- Right click equilab program in file locatio
2. Select restore previous version
3. Properties box will open on screen - click compatibility folder
4. In settings select override high dpi scaling behavior box - in the drop down select 'System".
5. Open Equilab program and check matrix size
