I just uninstalled PostgreSQL and all files/folders connected to it from my computer and started Elephant again. Then it automatically prompted the question whether I want to install PostgreSQL and I gave in a new password for it.
Now works perfectly. 
export your databases from poker tracker first. if you don't know how, go look it up...
I cannot get access to the documents and settings folder (it says"Auf C:/documents and settings kann nicht zugegriffen werden. Zugriff verweigert" - which means "cannot access c:/[...]. access denied"). Do you have any solution to that? I am using windows 7.
When trying to change the properties for administrator or my own username, i get the same message
EDIT: NEVER MIND, I used the HM2 installer and it works now:)
