Ich wollt grad die neue 0,26 alpha testen , hab die setup gedownloaded, entpackt und die bat geöffnet, allerdings zeigt er mir den fehler an ,dass ich PostgreSQL nicht auf dem System habe,was ich auch nicht habe 
aber laut anleitung benötige ich es doch auch garnicht, ooooder ? ^^ hmmm heeelp

btw ,ka obs für die entwicklungs des proggys ratsam ist, man kann bei diesem fehler blos auf ok clicken und das programm schließt danach
I had a problem similar to this on my development box - I had to install postgreSQL separately. I didn't report it as a bug as I have a very odd windows install on my dev box and shit like this happens to me quite a lot especially with anything that uses .NET
The download for PostgreSQL that I used is here. I could install Elephant after installing this.
