It's meaningless regardless of the tracker.
If you need to plug leaks focus on tools like Leak Buster or check out some of the leak finder videos here at PokerStrategy.
If you want to understand just how insanely buggy the supposed "EV" calculations are across the entire poker world check out some of the threads on 2+2. Every single product, I guess maybe except Icmizer, has massive EV bugs.
