sorry i don't really understand how to use this elephant thing, is there anywhere that explains what all the numbers mean?
And how come sometimes on the HUD little cards showing poker hands momentarily flash up and then disappear, but not always??

the little cards shows previous hand and what cards your oponents did have. it is useful on partypoker, where you can muck card, but at the showdown, even if you muck hand opponent gets info through hand histories, so it just more convenient 
you can increase time for showing last hand somewhere in options at elephant.
