Hi, today I bought HEM small stakes, and have a problem with it. It's not importing all of my SNG results properly. About half of them are listed as incomplete (86 incomplete in may, and 106 completed with normal results), and their results not listed in the graph etc. Is there a solution?
EDIT: Checked with FT and everything is normal. This must be a Party/HEM joint problem 
Which HM version?
Your Party Client is english?
Which SnG type are you playing?
Please create a new database for a test and import the party SnG hands into this database - same results?
I know this problem.
When SNG ends you just need to wait few seconds before closing table. If you dont wait these 2 seconds when it will ask if you "really want to close table, buy-in wont be refunded,blablabla...". And if you still press "leave", this Sng will be marked as incomplete at HEM database.
