Hi all 
got problem here. I can't get working HEM on Bwin (on other sites working just fine). Hands are not importing and of course hud is missing... I tried already to unclick for importing from subfolders still not working.
I would be greatful for any suggestions

* Please try updating to the latest version 1.11.06d http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe
* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

thanks for suggestions . I had made already some adjustments but still doesn;t work, but have some progress -table manager on HEM is finding tables and thats all.
You know maybe I something understood here correctly and I m kind a far from being IT specialist so I have some logic questions:)
1. About hand history. do I need to make folder for hand history and If yes than in the bwin fail inside or somewhere else.
2. Where can I find "popup menu under compatibilty" to run as administrator theses .exes (holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe). I did it in the bwin folder /program files/bwin poker/..... . I already tried to rn as admin on task manager. PC is showing me that its already running as admin.
3. do I need to configure something in HEM options or HUD options? like filters, table options.
4. about hand importing.
where do I need to made archive folder and do I need to mark to import from sub folders (I really dont have a clue where bwin is saving hand histories!!! so do I need to make han history folder.
5. tried even to make new database in HEM - faaak- okay made new one "bwin" but the DB that was already I still keep like default but now then I'm starting to import hand - he connstantly and repeatedy is showing me : 57 files are imported- I suppose Its the old files that are runing on HEM from the time then I had made hand history folder inside program files/bwin poker/... so I can't figure out from where HEM is doing it. I would like to know how can I delete the new bwin DB that I made and is there any way how can I remove theses files that is already imported in HEM from BWIN poker site.

If that doesn't help please post the answers to the FAQ link i posted above and please post the contents of your file config\holdemmanager.config and screenshots of a table and the table manager.
1. you need to configure the BWIN client to write handhistories. Please see our FAQ: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/13/Ongame+-+Bwin+-+Betfair+Setup
2. To set the administrator rights right click on the file in the installation folder. You need to use the windows explorer or the workplace to navigate to this folder (something like c:\program files\rvg software\holdemmanager)
3. see the FAQ i posted in 1. You need to add the BWin handhistory folder to the auto-import settings.
4. see 1. too. The default archive is c:\hmarchive. No need to touch it.
