hey everyone, I have some problems with Holdem manager, my HUD is not working. I have followed all the instructions and installed PostgreSQL. I check the auto import folder and this is correct, table manager starts and detect the tables correctly but the HUD does not work... can anyone maybe give me a hand via skype?:)) thanks very much ;)))

I use 1.11.06b yes the table finder is working ok, and it recognizes the hands but I can not see the stats, and statistics are not displayed also after few hours... so there is something wrong, anyone maybe having skype?
Do you play on PS? Today after PS client update my hud isn't working either. Table finder finds tables but no hands are imported, however I can find these hands in HM moved folder.. Guess have to wait for some updates of HM or what
yes I have set up my hero name... I can not even review the new hands do you know why? in which folder sorry?
I have a same problem guys....Yesterday was everything OK, but today is not working HUD and HH import.....
On PartyPoker is everything OK...
I have got HEM 1.11.0

Edit: There's a thread on 2+2 that updating to latest HM1 versions (as I understand it is 1.12.09) solves the problem, haven't tried it out yet.
So
I updated my HM1 to version 1.12.09 and everything works fine - HUD is working and hands are imported.

I updated it, but it doesn't seem to work still. 
When i click on import, it says no files found to import. 
Did you play new hands?
HM imports every file only 1 time, so if you want to import older files you need to rename them or copy them to a different folder and import them via import file/folder.
If its still not working while playing please check the configuration of your pokerstars client, handhistories must be written in english and check that the handhistory path is the one configured in the HM auto-import folders.
DATABASE MANAGEMENT, when you click there you have the SERVER NAME PORT NUMBER LOGIN e PASSWORD... after you need to click on CONNECT, right? and they you need to create a database and start HOLDEM MANAGER? maybe is that the problem?
If you are unable to update you can't use Holdemmanager on Stars any longer.
If i understand your last post right you are using a cracked 1.11.06 version?
yes I am using that version... how can I do that? what can I do to see the HUD? it has always worked fine with that version ...
There is nothing you can do other than buying an official HM license. But HM1 is no longer available so you need to buy a HM2 license.
Stars has changed the handhistory format yesterday so older HM versions no longer work.
