Is there any way to run it in chipev mode to train for push/fold stages in MTTs?

Bump. ICM Trainer really has to add more payout structures like winner-takes-all (= chip-EV) and, ideally, allow the user to edit and save a custom payout structure manually.
It's so sad that such a comfortable and fast tool is so useless, except for a few popular payout structures.
PT4's ICM quiz provides such functionality but is really slow
