[Closed] no hands in data

Well you should try importing hands into your database?

well i tried but i dont now what else to do

i go to hand history- import -add folder-i go in my file where my hands are ..all files are in notepad ..i click on one and then import hand...and the file goes from upper window to window bellow..

but when i go back to hands...it still writes ..no hands in you data????

Did you configure your screenname in the portal settings?

well i did it now but still no success....on manuals says that now elephant should recognize me on my portal on his own and import hands on his own...buts still under hand....no hands in data

what else should i do

Can you post one of the hands here, so i can check everything is ok? Elephant just do everything himself if the pokerclient is installed in the default directory

i dont know how to post....when i go under the segment HAND on the left window writes NO HANDS IN DATA

What platform are you using? Pokerstars? Did you install our latest patch?
