Im using vista and i finally got the database working but it isnt importing the hand history automatically. (this is on full tilt)
I have set on configuration to auto import and its on the correct folder and have been able to manually import hands but it isnt auto importing. The box in options to update after every hand is checked and the files are arriving in hand history.
Any ideaS?
if it makes any difference in the auto import config it doesnt say full tilt in the poker room column
oh and is there a guide that explains what all the numbers mean when you are actually in game.

try deleting the auto import folder from the configuration and press the "Rescan" button once. As long as there are handhistories present in your FullTilt Poker directory PokerStrategy.com Elephant should be able to detect it automatically.
Also make sure you entered your FullTilt Poker screename to the poker room settings.
so i have checked and my fulltilt poker screename is in the poker room settings after deleting my manual link i press rescan and it come up with the message:
manual auto import scan completed no modifications needed
but there is no folder in the auto import folder section so essentially it thinks its ok that there is no folder to auto import from?
and now when i import manually it says that the import failed but the hand history arrives anyway and are analysed. Wierd
I figured it out as i am on vista i had to run it as an admin for it to work thanks
