Are you able to manually import hands?
Everything's working fine on my side. I know this doesn't help you, but I can not reproduce your issues.
However, there's a solution for every problem. So, first of all, try to import your hands manually (again).
I get this same error...I have recreated a new database....then I open pokerstars cash table and played 50 hands and still nothing showed at the table or in the elephant...clicked on hero stats and it said no stats available..I dont know about this tech stuff...but this seems to not work for me...any ideas?
