Hello, i have colected strategy points needed for poker tracker but havent recived license key yet. Could someone explain me how to get it please?
Security told me to use system ticket on web page, but i dont see such ticket.

You can find the ticket system under "Help". But don't worry: you will get your licences. I'm sure our support team is already working on it.

Hello! I have the same problem. I got my 2000+ SP last week, but still no license keys for Poker Tracker and Poker Ace. I tried to send a "system ticket" too, but when i tried to send it some error appeared. So what's wrong, when i will get those license keys? Thanks for the help...

No need, I am over 4k points now and waiting. They are waiting for the new licences, so nothing they can do now I guess
Wee, just got an e-mail that they will send me the key within 48 hours, have been waiting for at least a month....
Edit: Well, PT is sorted out, no sign of the HUD yet tho. How can i recive the HUD?
