I follow the guide: Guide PG SQL but when i was in the 7th step, i got this message:

ERROR BINDING THE TEST NETWORK SOCKET: 10013

Please follow this guide and uninstall postgreSQL completetly: Deinstalling PostgreSQL correctly

After that install the Elephant and it will install postgreSQL automaticly. Hope that helps.

Thanks, I had a problem in the port 5432, that is working with PostGreSQL 8.2 for PT2.

If anyone have the same problem, change the port to 5431, that´s work.
