I'm playing at Mansion FL .15/.50. After 40 hands I folded 100% preflop. 
X(I guess the good hand I got was KJs unfortunately two raises in front of me. Do I need to continue playing or just leave the table?

40 hands folded preflop ain't that much, at least in a full ring game. I had more. You're just card dead it happens 
continue playing. Why would you leave? If people are actually perceptive and notice your super tightness, which is rear, you just bluff a little more. But stay tight don't bluff too much!!! And when one of your bluffs eventually gets to showdown just tighten up again.
