The general recommendation is to use the free trials and decide which suits you better.

As a start you should choose a poker tracker - it's a tool that records all the hands that you and your opponents play and makes statistics out of it, which it can then display in real time on the tables (the so called HUD).
There are two main trackers on the market, Poker Tracker 4 and Holdem Manager 2. As Lazza61 said, they both have free trials, which can help you choose which one is more suitable for you.
