Hi, just wanted to ask.. to get free licences from PS for PokerTracker/PokeraceHUD a man needs to have 2000 Strategy points... do you mean lifetime strategy points or the actual number of points, which is in the left column ? Thx for answer

I think they should be sent automatically. I've waited mine for two weeks now. Is this normal?
Hello everyone,
We order the liscences in batches and send them out as we get them. Depending on when you reached your 2,000 points this can therefore take anywhere from just a few weeks to up to a little bit over a month.
Please be patient - and be sure to check your junk mails (as this is sometimes where the PokerAce mails land)

I usually delete everything that lands in the spam folder without checking it so... Is there a way to verify if the license was maybe already sent and I deleted the mail by mistake?
I also never check my spam folder...

Well when did you reach 2000 points?
You always receive several mails - 2 from us and then individual mails from PT and PA (so atleast 4 mails). The chances of all of them landing in the bin are very slim - so most likely you are still going to receive them. At the latest after receiving mails from us you should regularly check your junk folders as well.
If more than 2 months have passed since reaching 2000 points you can also try writing a ticket to our support staff - but for the moment simply remain patient. It also took a little bit more than a month for me when I received my PT.
