I've been using Elephant for a week, and it was working fine so far, but today all of the stats are out of place and i can not put them like they were, they used to be above and under the player name, and now they ar all over the table and you really cant see anything ???

i have almost the same problem, in my case the stats aren't shown at the right person...
Hey,
please make sure you have set the correct Hud options for the theme you are using within your pokerclients.
Also make sure you use the options menu on your pokertable to set your position for the elephant to know were you are seated.

Are you using the latest version of the elephant?
Please post a screenshot of your problem. I guess you just forgot to set one option correctly

After you took it upload it to a site like www.imageshack.us . Then post the link you get with img tags like this:
