[Closed] unable to load the database

So I made a database and imported like 2/3 million datamined hands.
After that I did a complete database maintenance and then stopped the postgresql service to defragment the drive.
rebooted my pc (so postgresql gets restarted) and started elephant to use it.

Elephant didnt auto load the database and asked me the location/name of the 1st database I want to use.... i thought this was weird.....

So I just chose the database name i already have, and It starterd loading the DB. It took like 5 minutes of loading and then crashed.
I've tried like 5 times now but it crashes every time.

what to do?

*update*

So i first loaded an empty databse to get the elephant to start, en then switched to my big database. I still took like 10/15 minutes to load but it didnt crash this time.

though my pc is very slow right now, as elephant seems to be a hige memory hog (my 1,5 GB RAM seems not enough).

I hope (and wonder) if there are optimizations planned for elephant?
I dont think waiting 15 minutes for it to start is doable for me.
