Does anybody know if you lose FPPs if you don't use them in a certain time frame?

I don't know for sure but I can't see a logical reason why they would. I've never heard of anything like this at any other site before.
I'm asking because I just saw that I have lost some of my Party Points. I don't really care about that since I don't play there anymore but I just wanted to know if stars has a similar practice.

Please note, FPP credits only expire if you do not earn any FPP credits within one calendar year. For instance, if you earn any Frequent Player Points in the year 2006, your FPP credits will not expire that year. However, if you earn no FPP credits in the 2007 calendar year, your FPP credits will expire on December 31, 2007.
