Hey guys,
I've just had to re-install windows again because my old has become corrupt and kept crashing.
I had over 100k hands in my database and have no idea how to get them back.
I have a .windowsold file but i can't seem to find where the hand historys were saved too.

So basically since i can't retrieve these, is it permitted that i could buy 100k hands to replace these?
I've played almost 50k hands within the last week.
Thanks.

I’m sure it’s not allowed to buy hands of someone else, but in this case you can try this:

Then you will get all your hand history in your mail and then you can put it in a WordPad file and then you could import those hands in HM2 or PT4.

Hopefully this helps a little bit and if you have more questions don’t hesitate to ask them

Cheers,

Thanks SDK but i did actually already do this, and they only email 200 bloody hands!
I'll just have to rebuild my hands up, had a shocking graph anyway::f_cool:

Which trackingtool do you use?
I know HM2 has a cloud service where you can store handhistories. And i can imagine other tracking tools have this option too,
Always nice to have a back-up in the cloud or on an other harddisk in your house.

Just mail Stars support and will send you your lifetime hands if you wish I have done it multiple times. It takes a few hours to a couple of days sometimes depending on how many hands you have but they'll do it no problem and send you a mail with links and a password so you can download then in zip files.

This seems like the best option of you didn’t do it already. It would be nice to know if this worked out for you as well.
