I know that this might not look like a big deal but I am a bit worried So, I deposited 20$ on pokerstars several days ago and been playing there for some hours(about 430 hands total).I played mostly cash games but I also won a Spin&Go for 2$ from a promotion ticket. I use pokertracker4 to improve and check my performance. Pokertracker shows a net profit of +0.92$ on cash games, but the cashier shows only a total of 27.90$ ( 20$ deposit + 2$ spin&go + 5$ first deposit bonus ). But I think I should have 27.92$. I know its a small amount but i am afraid that there is something wrong with my account. Has that ever happened to any of you? I would like some advice, thanks in advance!
Hey GleDi713,
I think it is more likely that your PT4 calculated something wrong or didn't record some hand or something.
Btw, if you win 2$ from spin -> your buy in was 1$ -> only 1$ net profit from that, so shouldn't you have 26.92$ in that case?
Hi la55i, thanks for the reply!
Yeah I thought it might be a issue with pokertracker or hand history but I wasn't sure and wanted to know if this ever happened to anyone else. As for the spin and go it was a from a free ticket that I got when I made my first deposit, so I don't think I was charged for that but it is possible that they keep same money when I register in one of those even with a free ticket.
Hi GleDi713,
Yep, it happens to me when I leave the table when still in the hand.
It can be you were in big blind, get raised and closed window at nl2.
But maybe I'm wrong.

Also if you have played some EUR tables and your bankroll is in USD exchange rates will effect your bankroll a bit sometimes.
Happens a lot with PokerTracker, either you closed tracking too soon at some occasion or it's just a tracking error on PT4's part. I hope you're actually not worried about PokerStars stealing 2 cents from your account. I can assure you that did not happen.
I'm not worried about my 2 cents, cause I know that PokerStars doesn't care even for my full bankroll, just thought that it was keeping a wrong balance from an error maybe. However it is most like the case stated my pokerplayernumber1, so i'm leaving this behind and concentrating more on the game.
Thanks everybody for the replies!
