Did that when I uninstalled, I'm paranoid like that.
I'm guessing that they recognised me by one of the standard identifiers, MAC etc. I've got a static IP too, which can't help matters.

I'm thinking of opening an account on PokerStars, so i downloaded the software to take a look and i have a maybe dumb question about the no limit tables. I found that almost every one of them are 'no all-in' tables. What does that mean? Are they pot limit tables? (I don't know what are the rules of pot limit, but i guess the pot is limited there :), so there's no all-in)

I had the exact same thing yesterday 
It means no all-in protection, something with disconnecting while all-in i believe.

started with play money on ps. got free money here on pp. playd some there few months , put evrything on stars cause they rock. tried ftp for 2 months but compared to stars they just suck.

I played Pokerstars for over two years , never deposited & built up bankroll to about 2K
The Sng are very good and get best ROI on the 45 & 180 player sng
Software is very good , with loads of games and tourneys on all the time
Gone back to play a lot more PartyPoker because the site is a lot easier to beat and giving Full Tilt Poker a try with the $50 bonus from Poker Strategy
PokerStars was always my favourite Poker site but Full Tilt & PartyPoker are not that far behind
I joined PokerStars at the end of Feb 2007. Deposited 50€. I really like PS. It stil is my favourite site. I especially like the SNG with 45 players. I had built up my bankroll to 180$. Then for some reason I thought I´d switch to cash games, seeing the pros apparently earn most their money there. Well it definitely didn´t work out for me. Combined with some "bright" new playing ideas I am now back to where I started. Hopefully together with Pokerstrategy I can get my game back on track.
I had started of playing the 1$ SNGs and occasionally the 0.01/0.02$ CGs. Once I had got 100$ I changed to the 5$ SNGs and to the 0.05/0.10$ CGs. At the beginning I was very strict. As soon as I had fallen below 100$ I switched back to the lower levels. But for some reason after my first big crash from 180$ down to 120$ within one weekend I stuck to the higher limits despite falling below 100$. Well now I am back at 60$ and have found my brains again so hopefully I will have learnt my lesson and something like that won´t happen to me again. At least I didn´t go broke.
Nowadays I am still playing Pokerstars but I have joined TitanPoker for the money bonus and the strategy points as it seems I won´t be able to get these on Pokerstars. So now I am playing at two sites. Something I am not totally happy about. I like Pokerstars so much more and the one time I looked for support I was surprised to get an answer within an hour! And the support was better than what I had expected.
So it would be great if Pokerstrategy can find a way for existing Pokerstars people to be able to record their Strategy Points as well. Even if I don´t get a money bonus, it would still help me a lot to climb the pokerstrategy ladder.

Unfortunately it is not possible for PokerStars players to retrack their account to PokerStrategy. I hope you will move up again! I recommend to read our strategy articles, watch our videos and coachings and post hands in our sample hands board.

I installed PokerStars following the instructions on the bonus page, but my software doesn't have "information sharing" even after reinstalling it 3 times. It has been only like 2 days since I registered and entered my username to PokerStrategy. Should I wait some more days or contact PokerStrategy or PokerStars about this now?

PokerStars support replied and Information Sharing is now visible, so I enabled it and hopefully it will work now
It would be great to earn SP there. The software is great and the support and turn around time for email response very good. It was my site and I am happy to stay there but wouldnt mind seeing what full tilt is like
