Pokerstars account hijacked

Hi Tried to login to my Pokerstars account today and was unable to do so. Asked for password reset etc. Noticed in my email an email address change request timed at 15:21 and a netteller transaction at 15:20 I sent my first email to them at 15:46 telling them I did not use netteller. I also sent them another email at 16:09 telling them I cannot get into my account but I think someone else has. I have sent them various emails and they have replied by saying its with the security team. Noone from the security team has contacted me they will not say if there is any money in the account or even if they have frozen it. Should I contact the Police if so where and how? Mark
