[Closed] Problem with software

Hey,

got strange problem today. Was playing 20 tables stacked. At one point i noticed that i don't get enough action. And then accidentally saw that only 2 tables are open, even tho i was registered for 20 and they all were running. Had to reopen all them manually. Later on, noticed that when tournament stars, i don't get that table to open, again had to open them manually.
Did any1 experienced something similar? Happened ~1 hour ago. I'm using TN, is it possible that it might caused some problems?

Hey,

You should forward this issue to PokerStars so they can fix it. Seems to be a bug.

Have you tried it without TabeNinja?

No, i haven't tried it without TableNinja, but it seems as everything is working ok now. If this issue will happen again, i'll forward it to PokerStars

I once had this problem as well...
I registered in tourneys as as soon as the tourney started the table did not pop up.
Was fixed b an update (an I was using OS X version)... :f_cool:

same problem happened again, tables were not opening automatically when tournaments fill up. Reopened stars soft and it fixed. Also, emailed support with the problem, will post here what they will tell me

got the reply. They suggested me to reinstall the software, if reinstalling the software won't fix the problem, then they asked to send them all log files and they will take a look, what might be causing this problem.
