Hey Andrrum729,
1= 7,6,5,4,3
2= 8,5,3,2,A
So in this case Hand #1 scoops with a 7 high str8 and a 7 low. In Stud Hi/Lo and Razz you are not affected by str8s and flushes like you would be in 2-7 games.
