Hello,
I can't seem to find my way with pt4.
I lost all my imported hands, and when I go to "View stats" there is nothing. I can't see nor my hands, nor my results.
What should I do?

Please attach a screenshot here or in a Support Ticket so we can see what is going on. Get the entire PokerTracker 4 window and don't zoom in on anything.

Hey aceontheriver,
If you are using an image hosting site, then you need to use the link that ends with a file extension like .jpg, .png,.bmp . Alternately you can simply drag and drop the image into your post.

You have at least one flag enabled (if there is any text in blue in the left hand sidebar your report is being filtered) so try clicking 'Clear All Filters Above'.

Make sure you have hand history enabled on the site you play, make u are use the language English, make sure you configured the location where your hand history is saved, if this is all done click play poker/get hands while playing,
