It is hard to tell from just looking at a screen capture of your on table HUD, we don't know what stats you are using, this is not a standard HUD Profile provided by PokerTracker. Chances are there are two different stats being used to calculate the 3Bets. Have you looked to see what nate is being used to create your 3Bet range stat? That would tell you which filter is being used; then you could compare that to the stat that is used in your HUD.
