Hi, I am working with HM2 but I would like to change to PT4. But I can´t install I have problems with the database and I have a new Notebook. Even also it is not allowed to import hands on the site I playbut I want to buy a converter. I would be very grateful when anybody can help me. Of course I pay money for that. Just need help and say me what you want for it. I speak german and English.

PostgreSQL is the program where PokerTracker 4 will store your poker data so when you started PokerTracker 4 the first time did it ask if it could install PostgreSQL for you? If so did you notice if the PostgreSQL install completed successfully and did you reboot your computer before trying to use PokerTracker 4? The default information for PostgreSQL should be filled in for you already:
server localhost
port 5432
user postgres
password dbpass
If you have already used Holdem Manager then that means PostgreSQL might already be installed on your system so try "postgrespass" (without the quotes) as the password instead as that is the default password used when PostgreSQL is installed by Holdem Manager.
