We do not know what like you provided, the URL did not resolve to a working page.

Please restart PokerTracker 4, and then attempt to reproduce the problem. Once the problem occurs, please stop playing and importing in PokerTracker 4, then click File > Open User Data Folder. In this folder you will find two log files names pokertracker4.log and pokertrackerhud4.log, please zip these two files and attach them to a support ticket at our website, we need those two files to help us determine what you are doing wrong, once we have these two log files we should be able to help you se the HUD.
