Hi guys,
have a new laptop and installed PT4 on it again. The problem is, that it cannot find the hands and cannot find me as player. I play on Party Poker so PT4 doesn´t seem to work on Party. How can the problem be overcome? Is there a chance that PT4 will track on Party again?

We have a guide for getting things setup with partypoker here. PokerTracker 4 only supports English so both hand histories and poker table graphics such as the "Fold" button all need to be in English. If that doesn't get your hands importing then please enable logging, reproduce this problem and then send your log file to us in a Support Ticket so we can see what is going on here:
