i tryed it(with trial version), install went without any problems.
i tryed it on stars, pretty much everything what i tryed worked (HUD including), only HUD popouts were kinda broken.
so there might be alternative to fpdb on linux now

We do not officially support Linux installations. We know of many users who have installed on Linux, but we cannot provide them with the proper support they need. If you choose to install PokerTracker in Linux we advise disabling all Vector HUD options, this will not work because the Vector HUD uses the GPU to process the graphics via Windows APIs.
We advise all Linux users to install a Windows virtual machine to use while playing online poker, this is much safer than using WINE.
