Just bought PT4, following the steps described here http://www.pokerstrategy.com/poker-tools/poker-tracker-4-exclusive-offer/.
I entered my user ID and I didn't get my status upgrade, does it take some time be processed? Or should it be instantaneous?

Of course it does - the upgrade is granted manually - Pokerstrategy's support needs to get confirmation from PT4's that 1) your PT4 account has been created via Pokerstrategy's link and 2) you've indeed made the purchase.
