Tracker 4 not get hands from NetBet. No hud, nothing. Problem became after site update.
William hill works tracker 4 ipoker network, but NetBet not.???.

you have to check your settings in Poer client and to check stor HH, because netbet safe it on different folder then Poker770
Had the same problem with another site.Pokertracker would'nt auto detect the hand history file so i had to add it manually hope that helps
We do not auto-detect the location of the hand history folder for NetBet, you must manually configure the hand history folder & the time zone for compatability - https://www.pokertracker.com/guides/PT4/site-configuration/ipoker-configuration-guide#manual-import-configuration-for-ipoker
If you restart PokerTracker 4, we will now be able to detect the NetBet skin's hand history folder. We remotely pushed out this update last night to all users.
