I play 100$ Spin&Go's on PokerStars, and wanted to check do I get enough bigger multipliers in Total Prize pool. However, when I finish the game in 3rd position, it sometimes puts prize pool of 285$ which is non-existing. I guess it calculates 3players*95$ as 5$ is the rake for player. Any way to fix it?

That looks like you are not saving and importing PokerStars tournament summary files in addition to the hand histories. When you finish 3rd the only place the prizepool will be available to PokerTracker 4 is in the summary file. For the most accurate results we recommend that you have Tournament Summaries set to save in PokerStars (Settings -> Playing History -> Tournament Summaries) and set to import into PokerTracker 4 (in Configure -> Sites & Import Options -> PokerStars):
Guide: PokerStars Tournament Summaries
For any tournaments with incorrect data you can update the information manually:
Guide: Updating Tournament Information Manually
You can also request the tournament summary files for older tournaments from the PokerStars client or PokerStars support.

My pokerstars summaries are set as in example, but the folder is indeed empty for some reason.

PokerTracker 4 moves those files for performance reasons to your 'Processed' folder which you can access via the 'File -> Open User Data Folder' option:
C:\Users\{Windows Login}\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Processed

Another thing I noticed in your screenshot is that PokerStars haven't created a folder there with your player name (the tournament summaries would be inside that subfolder) which might mean PokerStars never saved them in the first place.

Yeah, I had to add folder with my nickname into autoimport, so now prizepools are written correctly. Thank you!
Pleased to hear it. Bear in mind that adding that folder to import settings wouldn't have made any difference to PokerTracker 4 since it would search in all the subfolders anyway but creating the folder manually might have fixed the issue with PokerStars creating the files in the first place (I've seen it have trouble creating files in the default location on more than one occasion).
