then they said, they need to see my old VISA (i cut it after my account was hacked) or bank statement of my deposits.
i send them bank statement, and i am still waiting.
really great support to mess with.

Dude thats some realy boring stuff to hear, I hade some plans to move my br from pstars too 888 but after reading this thread I realy can say that im not that sure about 888 any more :/

if you have a veriffied account you wil have no problems.
The guy above didn`t receive his money because of his story, he is being veriffied and so on.

hey moneytrain, there is a significant possibility that your pc is infected with a trojan of some sort.
Many trojans target people who play poker as:
- people often save their details on their pcs
- easy money for those who have access to the account.
keyloggers are also worrisome, but from what they have said, it sounds like someone actually played the hands remotely on your PC, and then chipdumped it to another player.
Can you not request hand histories for the period in which you weren't playing ( the day it occured?) you would then have nicknames of the people involved = BINGO.

I can say made an account. deposited via entropay with onlibe support. made something cashout. i send my id card photo. 4 days later money in my bank...so i think they are serious enough.....
