I am wondering.. UTG in the new strategy says 99 above. You would raise (at very least stay in the game). But in basic SHC, JJ and below in the early position is a fold situation. Which is better to follow?

Are you refering to Fixed Limit?

In the Basic SHC JJ/TT/99+ is also a raise from UTG ( http://www.pokerstrategy.com/download/content/shc_fl_en.pdf ) - its only a fold if there was a raise before you and you are also in early position.
