You should not reraise on the Turn because either he's got a draw like QT 79, a flushdraw that you're ahead of anyway or he does have trips or a jack that he won't fold at any point so with KQ you have showdownvalue against his draws and i don't think he's raise/folding a pair and you take the risk of getting capped by 8x. Turn is just bet/call and i would actually fold the River. 57 got there. You still beat some draws but you have still enough hands that could call the River against his draws but you can't be calling almost 100% of your range and therefore you should just fold the River. As played you did at least take the right decision on the River. Betting is useless gut there's a chance he turns his hand like T9 79 into a bluff.
