I was going for a calldown but on this turn almos any hand mp3 could have is beating me, so I have to fold.

It's ok to check/call the Flop. You'd check/call a lot of Ax of hands so you should also have weak pairs in your range that your check/call is well balanced and contains pairs as well. Bad luck on the Turn but what else you can do but fold? Either checkraise or fold. Don't know whether he could fold Ax there. Your line looks quite like Jx so he maybe could.
