I ran into such a maniac again to day. First, i see him shove 200 bb UTG with A4. Later, I see him shoving KQ for 70bb, which he wins against AJ. One hand later, He 3bets me allin while i have AKs. I call, he shows QQ and the board fills up with 5 blanks.

How should i play those guy's? Some seem to be shoving with Gut shots or midpair kind of hands. I know i probably should sit to their left, and play a lot of hands against them, but as soon as such a guy luckboxes against me, i feel the tilt coming, so i just quit

I (almost) never tilt only if I play against a maniac. It seems I have the same problem as you. I wait and wait and wait..........till I get a strong preflop hand to battle them. Maniac 3bets then I shove with JJ+, AK, he shows some trash that hits the nuts or shows AA. TILT!!!

So if a serious maniac is on my table I leave that's the only +EV thing for me to do.

What should i do with AK? I keep losing coin flips with AK. Now i just 3 bet each time, and when get called, i fire the flop. What should i do when i miss? It seems that each time i've got AK, someone else got JJ or QQ, and when it goes in, i lose X(

in 3bet pot c/f more often. really

i wouldn't 3bet every time either, specially if you have some serious nits in the table... sometimes may even fold

Or start betting more turns since you're hand is still ahead of opponent's range on most boards.
