Wow, this looks pretty bad for pacific poker's image.

The problem with Cassava is that they are mainly casino site. They have no clue how to run poker business.
They think that if they ban winning players recreational players will have more money so they will be able to loose it elswhere (bingo, casino where 888 has the biggest edge and doesn't have to compete with anyone for the Recreational players money).
At the poker tables they have to compete with regs for the dead money so what is the easiest solution??- ban players that they compete with for the recreational players money. This is really huge. It should be news everywhere cause at this point Cassava should be punish for that. We as a poker community shouldn't let anything like that to happen.
Seriously at this point it looks really bad for the Cassava/888. They should respond to the accusations. Banning for colusion etc. is ok but claiming: "We made a business decision, GTFO". WTF is this shit, seriously.
It is like going to restaurant that have happy hours at the end of the day and they would ban me cause I abuse their promo eating there only when it is cheap??? Just LOL
+1.
They have'nt given a valid reason to any of the banned players. They simply state is as "business policy". This business policy cannot be found anywhere on their website too.
While all other poker rooms reward regular loyal players, Pacific just kicks them out without even giving a reason..
This is serious and some headadmin from PokerStrategy should help all these banned players. Atleast get 888 to give a valid reason.
If Pacific Poker just ignores these threads, no one is going to stop posting, It'll only get bigger and bigger and spread to other poker forums..

I'm concerned by the negative posts here, in Europe 888 are running some great low buy in live tournaments, which is a big reason I've signed up.There seems to be a lot of negative comments without much substance, not sure why, can anyone give some actual evidence, and to the person emailing them constantly, I've had swift replies to all my emails. I am open to hearing facts as to why you think they are crooks, but have yet to read anything that back up those claims, maybe i've missed something?
well firstly, they didn't even bother to send me an e-mail when they blocked my account and still after one month nothing.. i mean wtf, even the worse poker site sends you an e-mail after blocking your account, i've send them a couple of e-mails but they didn't bother responding, they only send you e-mails when they have promotions and they aren't interested about their costumers , only when they earn something from them.I was gold member there for a brief period and after i played there occasionaly must have pissed them off lol
Besece, what about posting the emails and replies here, know that kind of thing gets responses on 2plus2, detail it, I for one play there and would like to know the details, rather than just making allegations, would that be possible?
No offence meant but it does all come across a bit jumbled, clearly stating the details and backing those up with actual emails, would possibly make it easier for 888 to respond too. I can see you're clearly angry and I can respect that, I've had issues with online sites before and found going about it in a factual way rather than just ranting (for want of a better word), could help sort the issues you've got.
Where on the earth have you read??? Not this post at least or do you really have trouble understanding this??? EDIT: saw you meant @be.., still..
This is so sh.. vish and others, really sorry for your sake. Thanks for letting us know! Gonna ban the cassava/888 network mails from now on while waving some fingers, with a smile on my face.
Relax please, I was trying to help, no need to attack the messengers.
if its a really big bankroll and you are 100% not at fault, why not try getting legal help through a lawyer and busting their ass?

I have got it back now (have'nt reached my e-wallet yet ). It is ~600$.
Its is obvious that I did'nt do anything against their T&C as they are refusing me to give me a valid reason to ban me.
